I had a agent name Nicole and she was super friendly, and had AMAZING customer service. She went above and beyond for me and helped me make sure I was getting the best price for me. I had gotten a quote from a co- worker of her's a day before, but didnt have enough money in my account; so i had to call back the next day after I had put more money in there. The next day I got Nicole on the phone and she 1. Helped me remove any restrictions I had, and remove anyone that no longer needed to be listed on my insurance. She had went out of her way to call Progressive about maybe some possible reimbursement that they slightly owed me. And ended up getting me a quote for $70 cheaper than her co- worker the day before. She also stayed late to connect with me again and called me back at 6:30 PM , to let me know what Progressive said about a possible reimbursement, and Nicole ended up getting me $15 reimbursed back to me! :)) and then stayed on the phone with me even longer to make sure i got all of my E- signatures done, and got all of my I's dotted, and T's crossed! This was a all around really great experience. :)))

I must say this insurance company is by far the best company I have dealt with, respectful and patient staff especially Cindy, I got the lowest rates with payment options that are right for me. They walked me through the choices of coverage when I bought my first home, making sure I understood all of my options. When it came time to make my very first unexpected claim, Justin reassured me of my first steps, and spoke freely with me about the circumstances. I called and spoke with Justin who was very helpful and patient with the process to get a quote on auto insurance. To begin I really didn’t know how many citations I had off the top of my head I guessed 3 and got a quote but he ended up getting the correct number and instead of being frustrated with having to do the process over again to get it right for me he patiently waited for the correct quote which was the best quote I’ve heard from my search for auto insurance so yes I recommend this company to anyone looking! Very affordable prices, thank you Justin.

I have been going to the Insurance Specialists since I moved back to Iowa over 25 years now. They have been so helpful I've been able to count on them for all of my insurance questions and needs, including helping me with claims. Never one time in all these years have I had a problem with them. In fact, they've saved me a lot of money with their ability to compare so many different insurance companies. Insurance can often be complicated I'm definitely grateful that Randie, Justin and Nicole have helped me all these years, as they've taken the burden away from me trying to find the best policy with the best benefits. They've done my automobile insurance since the mid 90's and my RV, parkmodel and mobile home insurances for the past 12 years. I highly recommend the Insurance Specialists!

I very rarely write reviews but I feel strongly about this one. Justin Oliver and his staff at Insurance Specialists Inc. impressed me today. I have been a customer with them for many years. I had a rather complicated issue with the billing process of one of the insurance companies that they sell for. When I called Insurance Specialists Inc. I was not happy to say the least. The staff transferred me to Justin. Justin listened then told me he would do his best to help. He then spent a great deal of his time making all of the necessary contacts and took care of the issue. It sounds pretty straight forward. That is how a customer should be treated. Right? However, in this day and age, it is not always the case as I am sure you will agree. It is a pretty easy thing for a company to take care of you when things are going well. It is when things go wrong that you can measure the worth of a company and the staff there. The staff was courteous and helpful. Justin fixed the problem. I am a happy customer. That is how a customer should be treated.
